The Watch Factory is an authorised retailer for all the brands and products we sell. All our products are sourced directly from licensed manufacturers or authorised distributors. Every product sold by The Watch Factory is guaranteed to be genuine, brand new, in its original condition, and delivered with original packaging, warranty cards, and instruction manuals where applicable. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with your jewellery after receiving it, The Watch Factory will assist you in claiming the warranty to resolve the problem.

1 YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

The Watch Factory offers a 1-year warranty on all purchased jewellery, ensuring that the product is free from material defects and manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. This warranty does not affect your rights under consumer law. If any issues arise within the 1-year warranty period, we will repair your jewellery free of charge. If a repair is not possible or is deemed too costly, we will replace the jewellery with an item of equal value at no additional charge. The warranty will be void in cases of improper use, third-party repairs, or careless handling. It does not cover wear and tear, parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.

COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
The warranty guarantees that your jewellery is fit for its intended purpose, free from manufacturing defects, and functions as expected. It covers issues with parts that are not caused by external impact, misuse, or alterations.

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Normal wear and tear on the band, buckle, and plating is generally not covered under warranty. Issues resulting from external impact, or those caused by alterations such as resizing, link removal, and/or engravings, will not be covered.

CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY
To claim the warranty of your item, please print this form, fill it out and send it into us with the claimed item. Your jewellery will be evaluated and we will send you an email update. If the issue with your jewellery is covered under warranty it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

GENERAL WARRANTY UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.
